Wat nou Axis of Evil? We krijgen zojuist een supergezellige nieuwjaarswens binnen uit Noord-Korea. Ze gaan hun website dit jaar omkatten en u allen krijgt de warme groeties. Oh ja, of u zin hebt in een leuk tripje naar dit land van onbeperkte mogelijkheden. Ze vertrekken binnenkort, dus wees er snel bij. Hier gaan we:Dear members and friends of the KFA, on the auspicious occassion of the New Year, I would like to send you and your families the warmest wishes for a 2008 full of optimism and happiness. KFA has accomplished many tasks this year, including the regular operation of business visits to the DPRK, international media awareness and the consolidation of branches like Philippines and Thailand where our new office is now installed. Our main webpage serving since year 2000 as a portal for the DPRK Government as well as KFA areas are also in an advanced process of redesigning.

For 2008 we already have plans for very important delegations to the DPRK. After our february's visit, we scheduled for May, August Mass Games (just after Beijing Olympics), September (Great 60th Anniversary of the Foundation of the Republic) and October (Foundation of the Party). May's trip is already available for subscription in our travel page: and the following visits will appear online around 4 months before they start. We recommend you to book in advance since many people is expected this year and seats will be very limited. As decided in our last International Meeting in Bucharest, our 2008 KFA gathering will take place on september/october. This time in Frankfurt, Germany. We will inform much in advance for any members willing to join. Just before returning from Pyongyang I had the chance to have conversations with the U.S. team in charge of disabling our nuclear plant in Yongbyon as well as South Korean politicians. The prospects for advancing towards reunification are very good and I think on the next 366 days we will witness many advances for the peace in the Korean peninsula and the fast development of the DPRK socialist economy.
